Again, please do not give me credit for these recipes I share with you. \u00a0I just tend to frequent a lot of blogs and cookbooks for inspiration and then tweak to my own liking. Most of the tweaking is done to make the recipe easier, because I have zero patience. \u00a0Do you love breaded chicken, but want to make it healthier? \u00a0Here you go.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.blessedinthemess.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/photo.PNG.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-1874\" src=\"http:\/\/www.blessedinthemess.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/photo.PNG.jpeg\" alt=\"photo.PNG\" width=\"429\" height=\"429\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.blessedinthemess.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/photo.PNG.jpeg 480w, http:\/\/www.blessedinthemess.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/photo.PNG-150x150.jpeg 150w, http:\/\/www.blessedinthemess.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/photo.PNG-300x300.jpeg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 429px) 100vw, 429px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Instead of using bread crumbs I used <strong>eggs<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>flax seed, almond flour and chia seeds<\/strong>&#8211; I use 1 cup of each to mix into a big bowl to cover <strong>4 chicken breasts<\/strong>. \u00a0You may need more or less depending on the size of chicken you use.<\/p>\n<p>Now&#8230; where it gets fun is you can play around with whatever seasonings you like to mix in. \u00a0I personally have this all inclusive<strong> italian seasoning<\/strong> I typically use, or even bbq seasonings&#8230; but you can really do anything. \u00a0 I use 3-4 table spoons of the seasonings and mix it in with the rest of the dry ingredients.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Whisk 4-5 eggs in a large bowl<\/p>\n<p>Mix together your almond flour, chia seeds, flaxseeds &amp; choice of seasonings in a large bowl<\/p>\n<p>Dip chicken breast in egg mixture<\/p>\n<p>Then dip chicken breast in bread mixture until fully covered<\/p>\n<p>Repeat for each piece of chicken<\/p>\n<p>Cook for 35-40 minutes at 400 in oven<\/p>\n<p>Put some veggies on the side and BOOM there you have it. \u00a0 Enjoy!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ready for another favorite recipe of mine?
